Natural or artificial grass: what upkeep does each one need?
Natural grass
Needs regular mowing, seasonal watering, feeding and the occasional overseed. It takes more looking after, but nothing beats how natural and cool it feels underfoot.
Artificial grass
No mowing or watering required, but it does need cleaning, regular brushing so the fibres do not flatten, and the seams between sections checking over.
